China: Excavator Breaks Water Pipe, Huge Fountain Erupts in Nanjing

This video captured the dramatic moment an excavator accidentally damaged a water pipe during construction on Thursday, September 25. The ruptured underground pipe sent a massive fountain shooting into the air, leaving nearby residents temporarily without running water at the intersection of Changle Road and Zhongshan Road in Nanjing’s Taihuai District.
